Phillip Stratton
Therapy with me is a collaborative and thoughtful process, where we take time to explore what has shaped you and what you need now, at your own pace.
I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches so that our work can be tailored to you as an individual. These include psychodynamic psychotherapy, trauma-informed therapy, psychodrama, play-based approaches, mindfulness, and systemic work. You don’t need to know anything about these models; what matters is that we find a way of working that feels safe, meaningful, and helpful for you.
I speak both English and Spanish fluently, and can offer therapy in either language. My speciality is working with 4 – 12 age group and their parents.
