Phillip Stratton

Therapy with me is a collaborative and thoughtful process, where we take time to explore what has shaped you and what you need now, at your own pace.

I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches so that our work can be tailored to you as an individual. These include psychodynamic psychotherapy, trauma-informed therapy, psychodrama, play-based approaches, mindfulness, and systemic work. You don’t need to know anything about these models; what matters is that we find a way of working that feels safe, meaningful, and helpful for you.

I speak both English and Spanish fluently, and can offer therapy in either language.

Training and Qualifications
Bachelors: I hold a degree in Psychology and have completed additional training in relational and developmental approaches.

Accreditation: I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).

I have a deep respect and curiosity for human diversity in all its forms. My practice warmly welcomes people of all backgrounds, identities, and orientations. Whether you feel we may have a lot in common or very little, I aim to offer a space where you can feel accepted, heard, and valued exactly as you are. I genuinely look forward to meeting you.

Isabella Mackinnon

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I support children and adolescents who are struggling emotionally, socially, or behaviourally. Through one-to-one therapy, I help young people make sense of their experiences, build confidence, and find a voice for feelings that may be hard to express at home or at school.

Training and Qualifications
I am a child and adolescent therapist with several years of experience supporting young people in both clinical and school settings. I trained at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust, with a focus on understanding emotional development and the ways children communicate through play, behaviour, and relationships. I hold two Master’s degrees from the Tavistock and Portman: the first in Perinatal, Child, Adolescent and Family Work, and the second in Psychological Therapies with Children, Young People and Families.
Experience
Before beginning my clinical training, I spent eight years working in early-years settings. While this is no longer the main focus of my professional identity, it gave me a deep appreciation for how a child’s mind develops, how emotional patterns are formed, how relationships are understood, and how the foundations for the handling of feelings begin to take shape. Over the last few years, I have worked extensively in schools, supporting students aged 5–18 with a wide range of emotional and behavioural difficulties. My work has included individual therapy, parent work, and collaboration with teachers and pastoral teams to ensure each child is held within a supportive network.

My approach is compassionate, thoughtful, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I aim to help young people feel heard, understood, and more able to navigate the challenges they are facing.

Damla Berrak

My name is Damla (Berrak Damla Ciftcioglu) and I’m an experienced psychodynamic psychotherapist working with children, adolescents and adults.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting and challenging, but it’s also an important act of self-discovery and courage. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or navigating more complex emotions, I’m here to support you through it in a confidential, non-judgmental space.

Training and Qualifications

After completing my undergraduate degree in Psychology, I pursued a master’s in Clinical and Health Psychology. To further enhance my ability to support my clients, I was awarded a scholarship to complete an MA in Child, Adolescent, and Family Psychodynamic Psychotherapy at the Tavistock & Portman NHS Foundation Trust.
